Box Office Terms & Conditions
The following terms of use must be acknowledged by ticket purchasers at checkout. This step is mandatory.
- All sales are final; requests for cancellations, changes, or refunds will not be accepted.
- If your tickets are to be mailed, you should receive them within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7 to 10 days. If you do not receive them, please contact Le Faux Productions by 5 PM on the day of a weekday performance or by 4 PM on a Saturday for weekend performances to ensure proper attention.
- For tickets "held at will call," they will be available at the venue box office on the day of the performance. The box office usually opens at least 60 minutes before curtain time. Arriving early is recommended to allow for parking and to avoid the last-minute rush.
- You must present ID & the credit card used for the purchase for identification. Having a copy of your order confirmation and confirmation number will also be helpful.
- In the case of a canceled or postponed performance, Le Faux Productions will make every effort to notify patrons via email, time permitting.
- While Le Faux Productions regrets any inconvenience caused by such circumstances, it cannot be held responsible for any costs or damages resulting from postponements or cancellations. The responsibility for the conduct of events and performances lies solely with the event organizers and venue operators; Le Faux Productions is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
- All patrons purchasing from Le Faux Productions agree to these limitations.
- Refunds for tickets are only issued for canceled or postponed events. In all cases where a ticket is refunded, only the ticket cost will be refunded.
